Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If not, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • We must be notified within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in brand new condition, including any accessories
  • The item must be returned in its original box or packaging
  • Mattress toppers are classed as hygiene products, so the sealed plastic packaging should remain intact
  • Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as the item remains your responsibility until received and inspected by us.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund, whichever is applicable, and cover any associated costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund (item cost only) will be issued to your original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
